Features:

Descriptions:

  1. The M3A38 is miniaturized receivers for infrared remote control systems and other applications requiring improved ambient light rejection.
  2. The separate PIN diode and preamplifier IC are assembled on a single lead frame, the epoxy package contains is a special IR filter.
  3. This module has excellent performance even in disturbed ambient light applications and provides protection against uncontrolled output pulses.


Applications:

  1. Infrared applied system.
  2. Light detecting portion of remote control.
  3. AV instruments such as Audio, TVs, VCR, CD, MD, etc.
  4. CATV set top boxes.
  5. The other equipments with wireless remote control.
